In tune with Pamela's bohemian roots, the Gather Blouse is designed for a loose, flowy fit with a plunging neckline. Lightweight crepe de chine delicately gathers at the neckline and cuffs. With extra-long sleeves and a small button fastening at the wrist for a billowing effect. Perfect for tucking into a pencil skirt or a favorite pair of jeans.
