SHIPPING

In-stock items will ship within 3 business days of order placement, from Los Angeles, CA. Most orders will take 3-4 weeks to cut and sew. Rush orders can occasionally be accommodated, but please ask before placing your order. Email to pamelabarishstore@gmail.com

Domestic, fully insured 2 or 3 day Fedex shipping is a $30 flat rate (Fedex delivery time varies with location). If you need expedited shipping, please contact us first to see if that can be arranged at pamelabarishstore@gmail.com. Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.

International orders are shipped via Fedex International. A flat shipping rate of $100 will be added to your order at checkout. Payment of any duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery. Duties and taxes are not visible at checkout, they are determined by the customs agency at the destination country. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. For information about duties and fees you should contact your local carrier/customs office.

Pamela Barish Store insures all shipments and cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please double check your delivery address for accuracy. If you suspect your package has been lost please contact Fedex using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

RETURNS 

We gladly accept returns of unworn and undamaged full price items FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. We currently do not issue refunds on returned items. Sale items are FINAL SALE and non-eligible for return, cancellation, exchange or store credit.

Unworn and undamaged means that the garment remains in NEW condition and does not have any visible signs of wear. This includes but is not limited to: no signs of damage, stains, smudges, snags, makeup, sunscreen, deodorant or odor on the garment. Please be careful when trying on your items, as we often work in silks and other delicate fabrics.

International purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

If you would like to return your unworn and undamaged full price item for store credit, please email pamelabarishstore@gmail.com within seven days of order delivery. We cannot accept unsolicited return packages. Those items will be returned to stock without proper credit issued.

Pamela Barish Store reserves the right to deny any return that does not fit the above policy requirements. Upon receipt of returned goods, if your item is determined to be in worn or damaged condition it will be sent back to you and will be considered FINAL SALE.

Once your return is received and determined to be in new condition you will be issued a store credit, to be used indefinitely. Please contact us to use your store credit on future purchases.

If your order was delivered more than seven days ago it is no longer eligible for return.

Please inspect and try on your items upon receipt. All items are quality controlled and checked for any damage or defects prior to shipping.

ALTERATIONS

We do offer alterations on recently purchased, in-season, full price items. Please contact us if you feel you need alterations, to discuss options. Typically, for the sake of ease and a much faster turnaround, we recommend that you take garments to your tailor for hems and minor tweaks, and we will refund you for the cost if you submit a receipt to us via email.

EXCHANGES

We are not currently able to process online exchanges. However, feel free to contact us at pamelabarishstore@gmail.com to discuss.
