DESCRIPTION
The Oakley Saddle Skirt is made of two layers of lustrous silk charmeuse. The outer layer is a saddle brown, and the lining is a deep black. A one-inch black waistband rests above the hips, and soft gathered pleats fall to a sweeping tea-length hem.
