DESCRIPTION
The Katherine Skirt is made of lustrous silk chiffon. The fluid outer later moves on the wearer with grace and ease and has a single tier at the bottom. A one-inch blue waistband rests above the hips, and soft gathered pleats fall to a sweeping ankle-length hem.
