Transitional Pieces for Fall
Pamela Barish
This heinous heat wave (yes - it's way too hot even close to the beach!) has us thinking about transitional pieces, like these gorgeous muslin dresses currently on display in our windows. The easy breezy fabric makes these the perfect numbers to get you through these oven hot last days of summer into the first chilly nights of fall.
We love the Choir Dress (second from left) due to it's billowy shirt-dress type shape, perfect for capturing the ocean breeze. The Deconstructed Audrey dress (first on right) is a favorite go-to for early fall dinner dates. The muslin creates nostalgia for summer, and the china silk lining in contrasting black evokes anticipation for cozy nights to come.
